Knead your ingredients in a bowl until you get a soft dough.

Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Cut your dough into 4 pieces, round and let it rest again for 10 minutes .

Make a circle pressing with your fingers on the surface of the dough.

Put the dough on the oily tray.Proof the pita 25-30 minutes.

Bake in the oven at 240-250°C.
