Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix until get a homogeneous mixture and let rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 90g pieces and roll. Then cover with a clean towel and let rest for 5 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling cylinder of a plate size (Not recommended to use use too much flour).

Cover the rolled dough pieces with a thin cloth and let rest 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat the large teflon pan on the stove and cook both sides of the lavash.

Put your cooked lavash on top of a cloth and wrap it so that it does not dry out.
