In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and water then add the yeast mixed with a little water.
Mix and knead until you have an even consistency. Leave the dough to rest for 60 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, shape into balls, cover with a cloth and leave to rest on the work surface in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Then shape the balls into the desired shape and put them on a baking sheet.
Score the top of the loaves using a knife, cover with a cloth to prevent the dough drying out and leave to rest for 45 minutes.
When they have doubled in size, bake the bread for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 240°C.
