In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast and salt. Then add the water and olive oil.

Knead until you have a dough with an even consistency.

Shape into a ball, cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for around 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in size.

Then roll out your dough into a circle or rectangle, on a baking sheet covered in baking paper.

Leave to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before adding toppings.

The water must be at room temperature, do not use water that is too hot or cold.

Add 15-20g dried oregano before kneading, to obtain a deliciously aromatic dough!
