Smoked Salmon, Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Wheels

The most fun way to bake salmon with its wheel shape

 1 sachet of Saf-instant yeast dissolved in a glass of warm water
 250 g Flour
 4 Small eggs
 500 ml Milk
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Salt
 50 g Melted butter
 50 g Butter to cook pancakes
 300 g Finely sliced smoked salmon
 Lettuce leaves
 200 g Garlic and herb cream cheese mixed with a tablespoon of crème fraîche

Combine all the pancake ingredients and leave to rise for 2 hours.

Cook the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side in a frying pan.

Leave to cool before spreading with cream cheese.

On one half, lay a slice of smoked salmon and a lettuce leaf. Roll up and cover tightly with foil.
Repeat with all the pancakes.

Refrigerate. Slice into 3cm wheels just before serving.
