Rolls with Spices, Figs and Walnuts

Combination of all fresh flavors in a sweet roll!

 1 sachet of Saf-instant yeast
 200 g Honey
 50 g Rye Flour
 190 g Flour
 80 g Butter
 2 Eggs
 200 ml Milk
 90 g Brown sugar
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 4 Crushed cloves
 1 pinch of nutmeg
 1 pinch of salt
 45 Diced figs
 75 g Walnut pieces

Combine all the dough ingredients and leave to rise for 2 hours.

Roll out on a floured worktop and make 8 rolls adding fig and walnut pieces to each one.

Leave to rise for another hour.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 mins.
