This mini pizza recipe is perfect for kids and toddlers to find their favourite flavours.

For the dough
 2 sachets of Saf-instant yeast
 500 g Flour
 250 ml Water
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Olive oil

 Tomato sauce
 Oregano
  Grated cheese
  Sliced mushrooms
 Tinned tuna

Mix the flour, Saf-instant yeast, salt and oil together in a bowl and knead until you have a soft and smooth dough.Then leave to rest for 2 hours.

Cover the baking sheet with grease-proof paper.

Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and distribute the crumbled-up tuna, mozzarella, mushrooms, olives and grated cheese over the surface. Add some basil as a garnish and sprinkle with oregano.

Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at preheated oven 220°C
