 2 cups all-purpose flour
 1 tsp salt
 1 tbsp sugar
 4 tbsp oil
 1 egg
 2 tsp Saf-instant yeast
 Lukewarm water
For the filling:
 200 g cubed chicken breast
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp red chili flakes
 black pepper
 1 tbsp each of garlic and ginger powder
 ½ tbsp soy sauce
 ½ tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp oil
 Chopped onions
 ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
 1 tsp oregano
 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
 2 tbsp ketchup
 1 small cucumber
 1 tomato
 Jalapeno pepper

Mix 2 cups of all-purpose flour with salt and sugar

Add 4 tablespoons of oil, Saf-instant yeast and one egg.

Add lukewarm water to form a dough

Set it aside to rest until it has risen.

Combine cubed chicken breast with a bit of salt, red chili flakes and black pepper

Add to the mix : garlic and ginger powder, soy sauce & lemon juice.

Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the marinated chicken for 10 to 15 minutes.

Mix together 1 small chopped onion with chopped bell peppers and oregano.

Add mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise.

Mix well and set aside.

Mix ½ cup of mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce and 2 tablespoons of ketchup.

In a separate bowl, chop the cucumber, tomato, and onion.

Add jalapeno peppers and pickled cucumbers.

Squeeze in some lemon juice.

Mix everything together well and set it aside

Once the dough has finished rising, gently deflate it by punching it down, then roll it out and cut it into rounds using a cutter.

Set the rounds aside for a second proofing.

Once they have risen again, bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.

Allow them to cool, then cut them from the center.

Spread the chicken mixture onto the pita bread, followed by the sauce and cucumber mixture.

Top with sriracha sauce, then fold the pita breads. Repeat this process for all the servings.
