Elegant little French cakes with the addition of candied orange.
Beat the 6 eggs with the sugars, salt and honey.
Add the melted butter, flour and yeast and the candied fruit.
Leave to rest in the fridge for 20mn.
Bake in buttered Madeleine moulds in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes, then at 200°C for 12 minutes.
