 ½ sachet of Saf-instant yeast
 180 g Flour
 75 g Brown sugar
 75 g Caster sugar
 80 ml Oil
 80 ml Coconut Milk
 Salt
 M&Ms

In a mixing bowl, beat the sugars with the eggs.

Add the flour, the yeast dissolved in warm coconut milk, oil, salt and a few crushed M&Ms.

Fill the paper cases three-quarters full and top with M&Ms.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 mins.
