An aromatic, spice-rich pastry with the mixture of gingerbread and potatoe.
Peel the potatoes and boil them in a pan, then press them and make mashed potatoes. Add egg and butter into the mashed potatoes and mix the ingredients.
In another bowl, add Saf-instant yeast, flour, ginger powder, salt, water and milk and knead until the dough is homogenous.
Put the dough into the oiled try and cover with a clean towel and let rest in a room temperature for an hour.
Bake the dough in a preheated 240°C oven for 10 minutes; then bake in a 220°C for 35 minutes.
Spread the sugar powder when the dough cool.
