French Toast with Avocado

Crusty French toast with the healthy ingredients

For the dough
 2 tbsp Saf-instant yeast
 500 g Flour
 300 ml Warm milk
 20 g Butter
 15 g Sugar
 1 tbsp Salt
For the filling
 2 Sliced avocados
 50 g Olive oil
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Pepper
For the sauce
 50 ml Milk creme
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Pepper
 200 g Sliced kashar cheese

Whisk all the ingredients without milk in a bowl. Then add milk and mix all the ingredient until the mixture is homogeneous.

Cover the bowl with towel and let rest for 30 minutes in a room temperature.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll.

Place the dough in a greased rectangular cake mold (40x10 cm size) side by side and press them gently with your hands.

Cover the dough with a wet towel and let the dough double in size in a room temperature.

Bake the dough in a preheated 200°C oven for 20 minutes. Wait until the bread is cool, then slice the bread.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and spread on the sliced bread.

Mix the sliced avocado and other ingredients in another bowl and spread on the sliced bread.

Dust the sliced kashar cheese on the bread and bake the breads in a preheated 200°C oven for 5 minutes.
