Corn bread is a true staple of the baking world. From America, this bread has its origins in the very earliest American history.

 1 sachet of Saf-instant 11g
 2 Glass of corn flour (200g)
 6 Glass of wheat flour (770g)
 3 g glass of water (600g)
 1 tsp salt

Whisk corn and wheat flour in a bowl. Mix the other ingredient and knead until the dough is homogenous.

Cover with a wet towel and let rest for 20 minutes

Cut the rested dough into a shape of sandwich bread or hamburger bread.

Let the dough rest in a room temperature for double 50 minutes.

Bake the dough in a preheated 240°C oven for 30 minutes.
