Chicken Cheese Buns

 3 cups All purpose flour
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Sugar
 ½ tbsp Saf Insant Yeast
 1 tbsp Oil
 1 ½ tbsp Butter
 ¼ cup Milk
 1 Egg
 Water
 250 g Chicken mince
For filling
 1 tsp Chopped garlic
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Red chili flakes
 ½ tsp Cumin powder
 ¼ cup Milk
 2 tbsp Cream
 1 tbsp Oil
 Sesame seeds
 1 Egg
For egg wash
 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions for dough:
Activate yeast by mixing 1/2 tbsp yeast in 1/4 cup lukewater.
In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, activated yeast, oil, butter, milk, egg and mix it all well.
Gradually add water and knead smooth dough. Grease with OIl.
Cover it with cling and let it proof for 25 to 30 minutes or until double in size.
Directions for filling:
-Add oil in pan n garlic saute n add chicken mince.
-cook until changes colur. Add all spices n mix well.
-when chicken is done add milk n cream.
-cook until mixture thickens.
~ Assembling:
-Take out the dough and make 8 balls u can also make 16 small balls from the dough.
-Roll out each ball into circle, add chicken filling and cheese in center and make in ball shape again.
-Grease your baking tray with oil. Place all balls in a baking tray, brush it with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Your tasty pull a-part buns are ready.
