 5 g Saf-instant yeast
 200 g Flour
 3 Eggs
 250 g Milk
 150 g grated Gruyère
 250 g Cooked merguez
 80 g Shelled pistachios
 Salt and pepper

Combine all the dough ingredients, pistachios and grated cheese.

Butter a loaf tin and pour in the dough putting the merguez in lengthways.

Leave to rest for 2 hours.

Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C
