Once the mixture has cooled, add the eggs, Saf-instant yeast and 2 cups of flour. Mix till smooth and rest for 10 minutes.

3

Then, add in the salt and some flour an mix. Once the mixture becomes to hard to mix in the bowl pour out onto a flat surface and continue to knead for 10 minutes.

4

In a clean bowl, add a little oil and place the kneaded dough into the bowl and turn over. Cover with a plastic wrap and rest for 1 to 1.30 hours.

Once the dough has doubled in bulk, pour out onto a flat surface. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a rectangle shape and pour the cherry pie filling on top and spread out.

6

Once the cherry pie filling is spread out, sprinkle the chocolate crumbs on top. Roll the dough like you would cinnamon buns. Try to pinch the dough closed as best as possible.

7

Cut the buns with a very sharp knife about 1/2 inches wide. Put onto the tray and cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for about 1 hour.

Bake in a preheated 350F /175 °C oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
