Puffy Coconut Dessert- Puffy Pastry with Cornflour

A soft pastry recipe as a snack, appetizer or even for breakfast

For the dough
 2 tbsp Saf-instant yeast
 150 g Cornflour
 350 g Wheat
 200 ml Light milk
 50 ml Warm water
 25 g Oil
 10 g Salt
 10 g Sugar
 25 g Light butter
 1 Egg
For the filling
 200 g Light cheese
 510 Leaf of scallion
 3 Branches of finely chopped parsley
For topping
 1 Egg
 2 Pinch of sesam

In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredient knead until the dough is homogenous. Cover it with a clean towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide into dough pieces of about 70 g each, cover with a clean towel and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

In another bowl, add the chopped scallion, light cheese and mix.

Using a rolling pin or hand, roll out the dough into a circle shape and pour the cheese filling on top and close the dough.

Put onto the oiled tray and cover with damp towel and allow to rise in a room temperature (25°C -28°C) for about 1 and half hour.

Beat the egg and spread onto the dough then add the sesame.

Bake the dough in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes.
