Your Saf helper for this recipe:
1 sachet of Saf-instant Yeast (11g)
250g of flour
100g of butter
300ml of milk
10ml of liquid vanilla
10g of sugar
5g of salt
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt. Add the warm milk, egg and vanilla. Then pour in the sachet of Saf-instant yeast.
Beat with a whisk until you have a smooth paste.
Cover the bowl with a towel and leave to rest for 60 minutes in a warm place.
Beat with the whisk again.
Cook the waffles in a traditional waffle-maker.
