Orange Yeast Cake

Saf-instant Red 11g

• 1 sachet of Saf-instant 11g
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 pack of vanillin
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1 orange
• Half cup of milk 
• ½ cup liquid oil
• 2 cups of flour

Topping (Optional): 
• Homemade chocolate sauce

1- Mix warm milk, yeast, sugar, egg, salt and oil with the mixer in a bowl.
2- Grated the organe and add orange juice, vanillin and flour into the mixture. 
3- Grease the cake tin with margarine and pour the mixture into the tin.
4- Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven at 170 °C.

✔️If you prefer you can pour chocolate sauce after baking the Orange Yeast Cake. 

✔️Please note that room temperature ingredients bond together very easily since they’re warmer, creating a seamless and evenly textured batter.
