Crepes
Your Saf helper for this recipe:

Saf-instant Red 11g
For the dough: |
1 pinch of saf-instant yeast |
250g of flour |
500 ml milk |
4 eggs |
2 tbsp vegetable oil |
1 tsp of salt |
2 tbsp of sugar (optional) |
Preparing steps: |
1-In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs and sugar and stir well. |
2-Add the flour, Saf-instant yeast and vegetable oil in the mixture. |
3-Use food processor to have a homogeneous paste |
4-Spray the pan with lightly oil and preheat. |
5-Pour a homogenous dough with a scoop into the pan and cook for two minutes on each side. |
Tips: You may serve with chocolate, marmalade sauce for delicious crepes. |
