First mix all the ingredients (except the 2 sticks of butter) and knead them very well for at least 10 minutes then let the dough rest for 10 minutes
Spread the dough, shred the butter and spread it evenly allover the dough
Now roll the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes
After 30 minutes spread the dough and cut it into equal sized triangles
Roll the triangles to get the traditional shape of croissant
Now to the oven until golden brown it takes about 15 minutes.
